Enclave At Tiber Station

I moved in a few months ago. This is a great complex to live at. The management is really nice and Amber puts in extra effort hosting resident events to create a strong sense of community, and the maintenance team keeps the property pristine, and Angel can always be seen helping tackle maintenance needs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I lived there for 7 years. It was a nice apartment with a patio. The only drawbacks for me were 1. I wasn't given a parking spot near my unit. I where I couldn't see my vehicle & it was a bad spot directly facing the lawn up to the pool area and Folsom Blvd. My truck's front end was blazing in the hot afternoon sun, since it wasn't being protected by the carport. Also, a lot of dirt blew on it (and into the engine compartment) from the railroad / light rail tracks & busy Folsom Blvd. 2. No washer dryer in unit. For $1,400 a month for 1 bedroom it should have at least a stackable unit inside. I did love the surrounding neighborhood. The American river is just a block or two away down Tiber dive, and Larchmont community park. The maintenance guys Angel & Brent were always amazing and helpfu

On 12-8-2025 Angel maintenance came out to help with the fire arlarm beeping, needed a new Battery, always happy, talkative, polite. On 12-12-2025 Jesse maintenance came out to help with my dishwasher being loose, was fast, friendly and helpful! Amber was able to assist me promptly and professionally always a delightful and helpful great management.

Recently just moved in and I love it here. Amber is amazing a breath of fresh air so sweet all around good person and she’s saving life’s one day at a time. I highly recommend everyone or anyone to move into these apartments if she has units available she’ll get the job done.

wow , wow , wow , wow , I LOVE living here ,,,, I moved in 1 month ago . this place is ultra quite . The STAFF and maintenance crew are top notch, to say the very least . my apartment is super nice and clean. the grounds are super clean and even the grass and flowers are beautiful. the area is great ! I park my classic car here . NO problems ! master bed room is big, walk in closet fits all my clothes and shoes ! the staff that work in the office are sooo darn nice, they make you feel at home !!!!
