Enclave at Cherry Creek

From being a prospect to becoming a resident- Sadie, Jackie, and Mike have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The complex is very clean and everyone who I have spoken to so far at the property has been very nice to me during my move-in period including the leasing staff. My unit had very very minimal damage which was noted on my unit inspection sheet. (I am also extremely happy that the elevator was back to being functional the day before my move in!) Nothing can beat a well maintained property with respectful, mature, and quiet tenants. Thank you to the Sentinel team for making this process seamless and taking good care of their property. I am looking forward to a great year at this property with many more to come!

Very nice office staff. Clean and beautifully maintained apartments. Maintenance staff are pretty quick. I just loved these apartments.

When we first applied to the complex, the staff was very nice, then after signing all the paperwork they ( The Women of the office) became very rude and condescending. The maintenance staff that we've had to deal with is just as rude as the office staff. They walk into your apartment unannounced and expect you to like and deal with it. The apartment is great, but that office staff and some of the maintenance staff must go, because their in the wrong business. The complex is very quiet all the time. Mike, the G. M. is also nice, but there's not much contact with him, and according to the staff he's never there. And if you ask to leave him a message, they'll tell you they don't know when he'll be back. I have to say that the only female in the office is Mady, if you need anything, I suggest

Don't waste your money and live here. My husband and I lived here from before the complex was finished being built and back then it was under a different management company, much better. The last few years everything has gone down hill. There's so much wrong with this place: the office staff is apathetic and condescending, the landscaping is non-existent (pics are photo-shopped and touched up), everything is constantly broken (elevator for several weeks usually, front doors last year for 5 months and the front gates continuously), people don't follow the rules and don't care for other peoples property (attached pic is from somebody dumping coffer on my vehicle, the office didn't do anything), the list could go on, but I don't have the room. I have never written a positive review for an apartment complex and I have lived in various apartments for way too many years. However, the Enclave is an exception to the rule. 1) They maintain the grounds: -No dog waste left overflowing in buckets and always dog bags available -When awesome residents just launch their garbage near the can or dump stuff; they clean it up fast. 2) Anytime, I put in a request for maintenance, it is addressed immediately even if I request a water filter or something small. 3) The place is located in a great spot with a dog park, cherry creek trail system, and the an awesome 18 hole disc golf course. 4) The rent on my unit i is pretty damn reasonable for the area and Denver. 5) Staff and neighbors are friendly and courteous. 6) I've never had any issues with
