Enclave at Brockport

The enclave was a beautiful place with lots of amenities and beautiful spaces. The rooms were nice and comfortable, as well as affordable especially being furnished and all utilities included. Lastly the staff here was beyond helpful, answering the multitude of questions me and my friends had. They always got back to us very very quickly and never left anything up to question. The enclave and the people there are really amazing and I recommend it to anyone, especially students looking for comfortable affordable off campus living.

This apartment complex is really nice and clean, and the amenities are great. All of the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The major downside is that the fire alarms are going off weekly, and sometimes a few times a week. I haven’t seen much to address this yet, but my biggest concern is the fire alarms go off so frequently that it appears many of the tenants don’t even bother to evacuate. This is super dangerous and I wish something would be done to address this.

I lived here for about 15 months for school. From the start, they were all always super nice and accommodating and helped me start my lease in the middle of a month which really helped with the timing of events I had to go to for school. Any maintenance issue I ever had was always addressed the next day and they usually followed up to make sure everything was working well for me. As a student, the best amenities for me included the study rooms, printer access, and workout rooms. It really helped while dealing with a busy schedule. The staff are always looking out for their residents and looking to make improvements, you can tell they really care and they are very kind and easy to talk to! Becky is super great. My daughter just moved to the Enclave to attend Brockport. We have had a wonderful experience from the first visit until move in day. The facility is beautiful! I cannot say enough about Becky. Her help has been more than I could have ever asked for being the mom of a first time college student. That being said thank you, thank you, thank you Becky!

Great people and very attentive! We loved the space. It was modern and clean. The build was like any other new apartment. Appliances worked fine. Location was okay--not much to do in Brockport. So, if you like the country or you're a student wanting to be close to campus, its a great spot! One downside, however, was the industrial fire alarm. It would ring off at odd times throughout the month. Maybe this has been resolved. But, it was very loud and lasted close to an hour with the firefighters coming through each time and everyone huddled outside, just waiting to hear silence. Our dog's ears were affected by the noise as well. So, just something to consider. Again, great staff and they really prioritized maintenance needs which was a giant plus!
