Brockport Landing

The property manager/landlord is one of the kindest people I’ve met. Her and the staff are all so quick to help fix any issues, they do a great job keeping up the lawn, snow removal and having things looking nice. I’ve lived here for two years and had a great time. It’s a nice and quiet place, really close to Main Street (the town of Brockport) which I enjoyed. I don’t have a single complaint. I was a student living here and definitely recommend it for others!! So thankful for my living experience here

I've been here for about two months now and I have 0 complaints. It's very quiet and the heater/AC unit in the apartment works great.

The manager was super nice and understanding as we were first moving in and getting to know things. Always replied to emails quickly! I loved how quiet the place was compared to previous experiences and would totally come back here due to its reasonable prices. No problems here for myself!

My partner and I love living here. There was an issue that was brought up to our manager and they immediately got to work on addressing the situation. The manager fixed the issues that we were experiencing as fast as she was able to and was very compassionate the entire time. There is no hesitation in coming to our manager if we experience any other issues.

I lived at Brockport Landing for 3 years. The first two it was owned by a different company and I had lots of problems. The last year was my best year living there. A new company came in and fixed all the roofs. And they get problems resolved as soon as you tell them about it. The woman working in the office is super nice. Just don't live there if you work nights. There are neighbors behind the apartment complex that have loud dogs, loud children, and one person who frequently used a chainsaw. I only moved out bc I was getting a new bigger place with my significant other.
