Autumn Woods Community

I have lived here for 4 years and everyone in the community is so easy to get along with. Maintenance is always very friendly and happy to assist. Very glad to call this place home.

Extremely unprofessional. Keep track of everything you pay for, as they try to scam you and get more money saying you paid late. Built horribly, hear everything from neighbors even kiddy corner to you. They also don’t care if you’re a resident or think about the people, community or their homes. Just keep raising rent and lowering living conditions. Very rude and dirty when needing maintenance. Also all amenities are not included, don’t be fooled but their website.

Justin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to address my concerns with my apartment. He also took care of everything in a very timely fashion and I truly appreciate all he did for me. Thank you Justin and Nathan. Sharon Stone 235 Caleb Trail

I have been a resident at Autumn Woods for almost two years. I enjoy living at Autumn Woods with all the wonderful amenities. Autumn Woods is dog friendly. This was very important to me when I was looking for an apartment. There is a beautiful dog park. I walk my dog every day around the complex. It’s convenient. I love where Autumn Woods Is located, only minutes away from Brockport School District and Wegmans. It’s perfect. Most importantly, the Office team and maintenance Department at Autumn Woods have been amazing. Justin is always there if I need anything. During the winter, my heater wasn’t working and Justin was at my apartment within minutes to fix it. That is impressive. Autumn Woods is a place to call “Home.”

I moved in recently and I it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, Justin and Alex have been super helpful and accommodating, moving into a new place has always been super stressful but they have made it so easy to move into Autumn Woods, they went above and beyond to ensure I could move in the very same day I applied. They both deserve to be the GOATs, apartment is really nice and cozy, everyone in the community is super friendly and overall is really clean. If you are looking for a new place, do yourself a favor and consider Autumn Woods as your future home, trust me you won’t regret it.
