Nice apartments, horrible customer service. The previous Director, Tony, was so friendly and military service member/family friendly. Since he left and since there's been a huge turn over in the maintainance team.... it's been kinda a nightmare. I got married to my husband, who is in the air force, and it took 3 weeks for them to update my legal name even after providing all documents. They sent the updated lease 3 weeks later with my legal name changed, my ESA waived pet fee GONE, and RN discount gone also. I asked why my waived pet fee was deleted and they said it was because they lost all the paperwork! I sent in my paperwork and they rejected it because my prescription from my provider was more than 2 years old. I got a new prescription and finally got it all fixed after 1 month of ba

Great service and easy move in. Large list of items on move in walk through…paint on everything. The grounds are immaculate and we LOVE the pool. Gym is sufficient, and having coffee available in the club house has saved a bad morning or two! Overall we really enjoy it here and think our apartment is wonderful.

Great place and even better staff. Specifically Marysol. She has helped us from the start. She is professional, thoughtful, and happy to assist with questions and property issues when amenities need to be looked at. Marysol and her staff have put on community events with the seasons that helped us meet other residents and do something new. For that extra effort we thank you for those little things. (Paint/country music night, Halloween, donut Fridays, food trucks, etc.) It is a pricier complex but it makes sense with the fire pits, playground, resort pool, gym, etc.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, To family, friends or persons seeking a new home. After four months of living here at Encantada Rita Ranch, we are finally starting to enjoy our apartment compound and its amenities. I will not stay as long as I initially planned to stay because I am not satisfied with a number of things. Specifically with mismanagement, discrimination and customer service, namely MARYSOL C. (Title: Landlord/ Leasing Agent/ Asst. Director.) Directly lying about not accepting federal government benefit checks such as security deposit and two months rent forwarding, which is illegal housing discrimination, especially if there are "source of income" protections in “this” state or “this” city. Excellent living conditions; made many good friends; staff was helpful, professional and proficient. I would definitely recommend Encantada Rita Ranch to prospective renters. My only recommendation would be that visitors who do not follow the rules of the complex, especially in regard to parking, causing late night noise and disturbances, and disregarding pool usage rules should be fined and/or have car towed. As regards the pool, there were several nights that a group of four or five teenagers took over the pool, after one scaled the fence and opened the gate to the others. Their comportment was juvenile (loud language, swearing, profanity), dangerous actions (diving, doing flips into the pool, throwing lounge chairs, running, pushing each other into the water) , underage drinking that m
