My husband and I rented with EMS reality for 2 years. From the start to finish, we had an excellent experience with them. Scheduling a showing, getting all the necessary items for the application and finalizing everything was great. There was a large tree that needed to be removed and that was handled quickly. The small maintenance issue we had were handle well. They used a warranty company, which was what the owner had. We needed to go month to month for a few months and the owner and EMS were very understanding and helpful. Compared to another large company we used in Phoenix, EMS was a dream. I would send a friend EMS’s info if they were looking for a real state company

Top quality property management firm. I rented a home this past year managed EMS Realty and it was the best experience I've had with a rental company, specifically with property manager, Carol Todd. Carol was responsive to all my repair requests, getting issues resolved quickly. Communication was great and I would highly recommend EMS, largely because of Carol.

I’ve never had such a bad and disappointing experience with a landlord or a property manager than I experienced with this company. From ignoring my requests to simply not even responding to my emails. Do yourself a favor and do not rent through them.
