Im extremely satisfied with the new management staff. Ms . Katie Madrid is an outstanding person. She is very supportive, profesional and extremely polite and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help and understand the customers needs and situations. I would definately recommend empire management for future rentals specially if katie is on board. Continuous issues with the property and management. Water and sewage issues. Property is consistently dirty and smells like cigarettes. Garbage all over the property and constant issues with the fire alarm system. The price of rent is outrageous for what you live in.

Empire Property Management persistently fails on a multitude of levels. They fail to maintain cleanliness of common areas in building, they neglect snow removal, ignore safety issues in building to the point the fire alarm was beeping for 10 days & malfunctioning without any response to safety concerns, they ignore maintenance requests and do not respond just canceling your request, the dumpster is overflowing weekly with trash flying into main roads. The rent is alarmingly out of proportion to the average rent in the area and considering their lack of any concern regarding your safety & cleanliness of properties, lack of concern or response from property management, I emphatically encourage you to look elsewhere.

Milton Maldonado is a gem!!! He helped me get an apartment with Empire. Everything was seamlessly smooth ans he was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating!!! Id give him 10 stars if I could!!!

* Empire’s technicians are excellent! * Management is not. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The maintenance technicians on-site have been consistently professional, efficient, and respectful. They are not the issue. The issue is Empire’s management and maintenance administration, which has been deceptive, dismissive, and openly adversarial. Critical problems are ignored or delayed for absurd lengths of time — including a leaking roof and water infiltration in our bedroom that went unresolved for roughly a year and a half. Instead of straightforward communication and accountability, tenants are met with shifting answers, hostility, and intimidation tactics, including threats of lease violations rather than solutions.
