The 2 woman working in the office are idiots! Me and my husband inquired 3 months prior to the estimated move in. When we asked what is required they said we will get back to you. I paid the $70 app fee and $300 deposit. And was told rent was $1,300. and for the next 2 months my husband literally had to hunt them down. The place is really run down but we were settling for a cheaper place in order to keep my daughter in her school since our current lease was ending. The day before our scheduled move in we had to go find then again to see exactly what was needed for move in. All of a sudden the wanted alnost $2,000 which was never stated. I called them and she insulted me by saying where did i think i was moving with a $300 deposit! I live at the reserve at empire lakes which only had a depo

They suck, water keeps getting shut off because they don't pay the bill. They won't do any maintenance to improve the place. Old paint old broken garage doors, they just don't care about you as the tenants.
