I've tried to get the lease team to work with me but they don't see interested in getting people help . The application process is long and has computer problems.. after getting no resolution, the manager Carol and the spoke and she told me that the system must be having problems after five failed phone calls and no return phone calls from Carol. I got a hold of her and she told me she would contact her boss. She said she was texting her boss at the moment and they responded back and said they would call me directly in just a few minutes needless to say a few minutes never came. I never heard from her boss or anyone else from the leasing team. The property manager Carol is incredibly RUDE when dealing with tenants. Genuinely could not imagine renewing a lease here because of how cold and standoffish this woman is. So unprofessional.
