There isnt enough said about the office staff. April and Megahn are top notch. I have seen both of them disrespected by other residents and they remain professional. In addition, every issue i have ever had has been handled professionally and timely. They are the best office staff in the 3 years I've lived here. In addition, John amd h9s maintenance crew are the absolute best maintenance crew I've had too. It makes me feel much better about living here having the best staff all around in the 3 years ive been here. Thank you all.

Beware of these bunch of incompetent people. They have no professionalism and no customer service at all. If I knew I was signing up lease into this place which happened to be my worst apartment experience ever, I would've not done that. starting form the day 1 the manager was so rude and lack of professionalism. The management company should think twice about this manager. Because she is hurting the business. she lies, she gives false information, she is rude, and mostly unhelpful. First day when we went to get the keys they were unable to hand over the apartment that we initially signed the lease for, so they offered us to give another unit but with more rent monthly. After hours of discussions and negotiations the rude manager gave us the key for a different apartment for signed lease

Nothing has worked since I got here. The apartment itself is relatively quiet. But for the cost I have nonstop maintenance issues. First of all my toilets clogged since day 1 they did replace one. But it still has issues and you can see white stains on the flooring in cornwrs and by closet indicating its been an issue. Patio screen didn't close and window had no screens. My water heater was messed up thankfully they replaced it. But then at the same time the pipes for the washer literally didn't work they had to replace the part they left a huge hole in the drywall. My first week was maintenance here all day 4 days and a portion of 2 other. While I was greatful they were quick there are still more issues that should be cared for. My AC fan was extremely loud and vibrating the walls

To people who are planning on taking a lease with this apartment complex, please be careful. There are so many things to complain about them but two important must say: 1. Almost every month there are car breaking happens, so if you have nice cars this is not the right place to live. 2. You will see random homeless people around the complex area. sometimes you will see homeless people inside the laundry room in your building which is super risk of security. Door automation security never works. Be careful.

I just signed my fifth lease at this complex, I have absolutely no complaints. Any issue that I have ever had was addressed immediately....they are friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10 I recommend.
