It’s a cute little place, but after living here for almost 2 years I see everything was rushed. My stuff started falling on the walls within months. Nothing was drilled in right and I had to get replacement stuff for things. Cabinets was barely hangin on and just fell of because it wasn’t drilled in properly. My shower is missing a piece and has a weird hole in the corner on my shower that you can see they just tried to fill and forget about it. The bath itself was painted and now is peeling from the water. I would tell maintenance but at this point it’s too much I don’t even care and will just do it myself or get replacements for what I need. They better not put anything on me when I leave and try to charge me because this was their doing for not checking that whoever they hired to fix th

Always addresses any issues, does what he says he is going to do and goes above and to make sure I'm a happy renter! Thank you.

Super cute 1 bedroom, i love the layout amd privacy. The building is a little old tho.
