Emerald Pointe Apartments

I lived here for years and this place has gone down this last year. They let anybody move in. Patios and grounds look like trash. You can never get a hold of management. The turnover for managers has been ridiculous. I gave my notice to move out on September 30. Returned my keys October 25. Did a walk-through with maintenance. On the 31st did a walk-through with the manager. My Apartment was left spotless. I was told I receive my refund for my deposit 3 to 5 business days. I was told by Covering manager that it was in the mail two weeks later. Then I was told that the manager quit and didn’t process my closing. It would be 14 business days. I then told it was processed and mailed. They did not include lot number on check so it will be returned. I gave my address twice. Ridiculous! Now fili

MANAGEMENT SUCKSSS!! No contact! I can never get ahold of management, there is no system! Called for x,y AND Z many MANY times they never come. On the RARE occasion that they do, the problem is back in 2 day at the absolute most! As much as I do adore the apartment and space itself as well as my neighbors THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Mom became ill and had to move into physical therapy so we moved her into my house after she was released, talked to multuple managers that seemed to change every couple of months about the vehicle in her paid reserved spot that we would move when we moved out just to have them tow it 10 days before then with no notice and a oops you must have told the last manager that and he left no notes... so many roaches when we moved, guessing they would spray one appartment and they would just come there to die since it wasent being sprayed

bLVD took over HSL and now I can never reach the Office in time for ANYTHING. They open and close between 1pm and 5 pm and because I work during these hours, I can never get a hold of them and this is become so inconvenient.

Lived here for 2 years, never had any problems. Nice and quiet space. When it came time to move out, the office manager, Jeremy was very thorough and understanding on the process. Always had friendly interactions with office staff and maintenance.
