When my husband stayed @ Emerald Park 2025 it always felt like I was being watched, I know I was . I would tape up things thinking it was a hidden camera FYI there’s a locked door inside the triplex units at emerald park apartments I learned Never stay at any place that you have a locked door and no Access where I assume they keep the hot water heater, but that’s not why the door is locked. the door is locked because it can be access from the outside. it’s how the weirdo Maintenance man and his psycho girlfriend wife or kids mom whatever the nutball is who stalked & harassed us video shows living conditions, plywood, and brick anti vibration pads the harassing freaks they definitely took advantage of the locked door with the integral blinds crawlspaces and their ability to access th

Amanda is the greatest help of all time. If I didn’t have Amanda I would not be informed about the best things in this complex . She is very competent beyond any person who represents this complex . You should give her a raise and think about promoting her , she is so efficient and I can’t give her enough praise … definitely do not underestimate her great talent and ability . MS. AMANDA! That’s all to be said. She took it so far to help me she even FaceTimed me to show me my apartment with my unique situation moving from out of state to here. She always goes the extra mile to make it home. Comforting. Appreciated. Cared for. She IS Emerald Park. She helped me so much to make my move smooth and has still been there since I’ve been here for months now. Always showing up and talking to you when at times with Woodruff you get left with emails unread. Not responded too. But, not Ms. Amanda. She is always on top of the property with answers not assumptions and get whatever needs to be done , DONE. I don’t know what she makes but I’d say she deserves a raise with everything she does.
