That a bit of a LOUD inconvenience to hear a LOUD buzzer to your doorbell if the package is NOT for you or your home… or if a visitor visiting someone else but rang your LOUD buzzer if you’re asleep and awaken… 👉🏼Mail boxes inside your building so no exposure to inclement weather 👉🏼Pool: however its occupied with kids during Summer.. get in and out before families with kids unless you have family visiting too 👉🏼Maintenance: timely attentive to needs as is specific to the work order, I guess it depends how serious because any water issues get noted quickly… or if there’s a part

Emerald Lake Apartments boasts an Olympic length swimming pool and a generous gym. Located within close proximity to the USCG base, ECSU, and VA. I work 9-5 , close facility due to “children” but I have no children , inconvenient for me!! Got off early from work to go to the at home gym and front office has “will return soon” with employees sitting in the office at 410pm!! There is not accommodating the residents , only punishment for other residents children

The apartment is nice... But you can't cook on a grill and you have to pay $2 for each person to use the pool if you have more when 2 people. But we have a lease with 3 people on it.... smh the rent is not cheap and the pool and gym hours suck.. definitely a 1year lease, if my girl told me before hand we would have done a 6months lease

The apartments at Emerald Lake are well-kept. The living space and closet space far exceed other apartments in the area and the rental cost is aligned. The office staff continued to be kind and quickly responded to maintenance requests. This is a great place to live and feel safe!
