Embrey Mill by Newland

I visited the Middleton Model by Stanley Martin and fell in love with the spacious open concept plan. The neighborhood is so dog friendly with large dog parks and wooded trails. Everything is so well done. The neighborhood feels inviting with a strong sense of community.

WOW… The Embrey Mill Community has something for everyone. As an active military family with young children, I was beyond impressed with the location, the attention to detail, and the gorgeous amenities at Embrey Mill. They even have community events to build those neighborly connections to help you truly feel home. When visiting the community, I saw playgrounds for our kids, a dog park for our pup, upscale pools & a fitness center, and numerous nature trails that are perfect to get outside. I even enjoyed a meal from Grounds Bistro & Cafe right in the center of it all! Both the exterior and interior of the homes are absolutely stunning. I especially love the modern and open floor plans. You can tell that there is a sense of pride throughout Embrey Mill. 10/10 I recommend checking out this

I visited the Cascades at Embrey Mill model home and I was completely blown away. Every single detail was thought of and many unique design choices were chosen. Nothing was left off, I was ready to move in that day as the model home and property were both gorgeous. I particularly loved the design addition of wall paper to the tray ceiling in the master bedroom, such a neat statement that I have never seen before. The home was spacious and offered everything I was looking for in a home and more. The property itself was gorgeous and offered so many amenities. This is definitely a community where I would love to live.

Next month will be 4 years living in Embrey Mills and it has been the best decision we’ve made for our family. We moved from a nearby neighborhood (3 mi between old and current home) where we paid $75 a month for a swing and slide (these were the only amenities) and dealt with constant traffic living directly off Route 1. So we had no issues paying an extra $45 for a pool (previously paid to access Woodlands pool), dog park (previously would travel to Woodbridge, Manassas, and even Falls Church to use a dog park), number of parks to use, eventually a community clubhouse, a Bistro walking distance, etc. Plus it was just good to get away from that Route 1 traffic. I recently attended a wine festival at Embrey Mill with my wife and friends. We were able to enjoy wines from local vineyards as well as walk through five of the different floor plans available in the community . The homes we saw were well construted, nicely laid out and beautifully decorated. The various floor plans provide options for many different buyers. Despite the cloudy weather there were lots of people from the community itself and the surrounding area having a great time. It seems like a fun place to live with a lot of facilities and planned events for residents to attend. We were also able to talk to the friendly and informative folks at the welcome center who provided an impressive overview of the long-term plan for the community and its facilities.
