Emblem at Christiana Apartments

I have lived at Emblem for two years now and my experience here has been incredible since move in. The staff here are so lovely and accommodating from the moment you meet the women running the management office to the maintenance team. Every person is friendly, patient, and cares about your experience. Recently with the snow the maintenance/management team went above and beyond to make sure the parking lot was plowed and sidewalks were safe for residents. As a healthcare worker it was so important to be able to get to work and the Emblem team worked hard to clear our paths. Enduring the winter is never easy, so thank you Emblem team for making sure we are taken care of!

Horribly run company. This management company and leasing office will do nothing for you if you have issues with neighbors. There were multiple neighbors that disturbed the peace. One in particular would bang, knock, and yell at the window if you walked by with a dog. The leasing office is nice, but they are not helpful in stopping the disturbances within the community. There are no community events getting people together. The dog park COULD be a nice area, however, it is not well maintained. There are multiple broken parts in the dog park that have not been resolved in over a year or two. I contacted the management company multiple times with no response. This complex is a gem, the apartments are spacious with great appliances. The management and maintenance team is always on top of everything and resolves any issues promptly. It’s a quiet and friendly community with quite a few dog lovers.

I have lived at Emblem of Christiana for 1 year and 3 miserable months. I pay $2300 a month to enjoy downstairs neighbors who blast house music at all hours of the day. I have made numerous complaints about it but it still has not been fully addressed to this day. Now I get to enjoy the ramifications of the incompetency with which this building was constructed as well as the incompetency of office staff. When this building was constructed in 2016, a pipe was cut. That pipe had been leaking inside the walls for 6 years and was only recently discovered by my lovely downstairs neighbors when it started leaking through their ceiling. You get what you pay for!! 💯 this place is a bit pricey but worth every penny. It's quiet, safe, convenient, and the apartment is perfect. Staff is amazing and maintenance is always on time. Definitely recommend 👌
