Embarc at West Jordan

Bad neighborhood, not safe. You don’t get your deposit back and they will find any fees possible to charge you. We paid patrol every month,but we never seen them, and if they come they just drive around to few apartments and leave. Our first night we had to evacuate because the person below us had schizophrenia and wasn’t taking medication and so decided to start a fire and left. Our apartment got smoked and our new mattress got ruined because they don’t do a background check on the people that rent the apartments. We stayed at the hotel and told us to take only the necessary with us, and so we left all our belonging in the apartment while the police and investigators were inspecting our apartment, and another family that had to evacuate as well. I came for a tour and Peyton was so amazing and helpful! Not only was she so thorough, she was polite, helping plenty of people on her own, and overall so on top of it! I'm going to apply, but even if I don't, it was pleasure meeting Peyton and having her show me around!

Maintenance is bad at doing there job. They don’t finish their work. The manager does not care about their residence. They are money hungry people. Their security sucks that they have there at night. Tried calling them when I got threatened and they did not call me back until the next day. Police is always there. My mail got stolen multiple times. Asked them to check the cameras and they refused. Dog poop every where and I saw a dead rat and told them to clean it up and after a month it was still there. People do drugs there a lot. My neighbors door got kicked in. Someone tried to coming after me. Bad people there. Their apartments look bad.
