I’ve been living here almost 8 years and it’s truly pleasure experience. Desiree and Frank are always professional and responsive. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The complex is situated in beautiful and peaceful neighborhood by the Badlands Park.

I have lived at this property for almost 4 years and I love it here! The location is fantastic, with proximity to hiking trails with amazing views. The Property Management team are the friendliest folks I have ever worked with, and they've done a great job maintaining and upgrading the property. I highly recommend the Overlook!

I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now the 2 bedroom, I absolutely love this place!!! It feels like a hidden gem perched at the top of a hill. The grounds are immaculate, and our pool has the vibe of a luxury resort. Every day I step out my front door to an incredible view and friendly neighbors that make me love my life. The care and attention from the property team is outstanding — everything is beautifully maintained inside and out. And just steps away, only 10 yards outside the complex, awaits one of the most breathtaking views and walks of the Pacific Ocean. Truly, it’s dream living at my fingertips.

Our family members have been residents for nearly two years. The property is in a great location, is well maintained, and is very well managed. The on-site property manager, Desiree, is a gem!!! She is quick to respond to any questions or requests, is very helpful, and is always cheerful and upbeat! She goes out of her way to say 'hello' and has made our family feel most welcomed and wanted. Her maintenance supervisor, Frank, is similarly friendly, responsive, and very competent. He completes all tasks quickly and efficiently. The location is wonderful. Desiree and Frank make it easy to want to stay.

Living at Elan Overlook in Laguna Niguel has been a truly enjoyable experience the last 5 years. The location is ideal close to beaches, hiking trails, and great dining spots, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.
