Elán Beachcomber La Jolla Apartments

BEWARE. Ladies, be VERY careful if you are considering moving here. There is a threatening man living in the apartment laundry room / in the alley (behind Brick and Bell). He stares into the windows and harasses residents and has (presumably) destroyed property (laundry room, storage area), as he is the only one consistently seen living in those areas. He has been in the area for over 4 months with no solution. He is incredibly scary to run into at night or early hours when you’re trying to take out trash, use laundry, take groceries in, go to/from your car. I’ve lived in the La Jolla Shores area since 2010, but the past 2 years have been considerably worse for theft (just for me: 3 car break ins, 2 surfboards stolen and multiple packages in just two years). Also much worse for this street
