Regents La Jolla

I have been living at Regents La Jolla almost 5 months.(update) Maintenance : 5 star PLUS- I had couple of service requests. Dimitri is the best maintenance professional I have ever seen, he fixed the problems efficiently and quickly. I am truly impressed with the kindness, responsiveness and excellent skills- just outstanding. Jeff from maintenance - I had to put a maintenance request on a Sunday. Within an hour, I got a response from the maintenance team, and Jeff was able to fix the problem. The maintenance team is truly top notch at this community. I’ve had such a great experience living at Regents La Jolla! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and in a perfect location — close to everything in UTC. The staff and management are always friendly and professional, but I especially want to give a big shout-out to Dimitri from maintenance. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every time. Whether it’s a quick fix or something more complicated, he handles it with skill and a great attitude. It’s such a relief knowing that any maintenance issue will be taken care of quickly and correctly. Thank you to Dimitri and the entire Regents team for keeping this community running smoothly — it really makes living here that much better!

This morning I visited Regents La Jolla apartments for the first time. I was given a tour by Giselle. She was very nice and helpful because she let me know right away of the availability for a top floor unit which is what I was looking for. She gave me an amazing tour of the complex. I was later helped by Mourad Refaat because Giselle had to go. He went above and beyond. He spent more than an hour helping me fill out the application form, explained how to set up the utilities, and gave me furniture shopping and moving tips. At the end of my visit, he was able to show me a one bedroom unit that had just become available. I am extremely thankful for Mourad's and Giselle's help. We were given a tour by Amanda Watson and she made the touring experience very enjoyable. She was very helpful and energetic throughout the tour and while explaining leasing terms. Additionally, she was clear about the amenities provided at Regents La Jolla and provided clear answers to the questions we asked.

I had a wonderful experience looking at apartments for rent. I give Mourad 10 stars for the comprehensive and thorough tour and explanation of the next steps to lease an apartment that I liked. Mourad was very personable, warm, kind, knowledgeable and represented the company well. Thank you.
