Gregg is by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with. in the past 40 plus years I have been very active buying and selling homes and I have dealt with quite a few agents. Gregg stands out as a highly efficient, intelligent, honest, and experienced agent. He knows his job well and pretty much considers his client's interest as top priority. Gregg and his team are highly professional and stayed focused on our needs. Gregg gave us advice based on his understanding of our circumstances and did not steer us to purchase the highest priced home but one he thought would meet our news (my husband is disabled). We were moving countries and could not see the options in person so he managed to give us a video tour of each one. The market was hot and although he managed to get our offers accepted we were often ruled out due to not being a cash purchaser. However in the end we were extremely happy with the place we purchased and first saw when we got off the plane from London. He also helped us through a tricky financing scenario since we needed a bridging loan until we could sell our properties in the UK. Overall Gregg loves his work

Gregg Whitney is in our opinion the best real estate agent there is. We interviewed the top agents, best sellers in La Jolla who had lots of wins in our 2 million+ price range and he nailed it. We needed to move from San Francisco to La Jolla in a small couple month time frame since we are expecting baby #2. We flew down for 2 days and he even moved his vacation to see his daughter to meet us. In that trip we saw 8 houses and a week later were in contract with a house that has everything on our difficult checklist. We wanted a 4 bedroom 3 full bath under 2.5 million walking distance to shops and restaurants with a backyard in La Jolla and view of the ocean. Not very many houses come on that market with that hard checklist and he made it happen. One month later we moved into our dream fam
