Elon Property Management

This management is ATROCIOUS. I lived in one of their properties for around 3 years and lived in 2 different apartments there. When we switched to this management company it went downhill. No pest control and my neighbors and I had gotten our apartments flooded and they offered no help or clean up for almost 48 hours causing my flooring to get messed up and my personal belongings from the water staying on the floor so long. When I reached out to my insurance to get my stuff replaced, my case got closed because NO ONE from the office would answer to confirm the flood with insurance. My flooring was supposed to get fixed but instead they left the new flooring in boxes in my apartment and were still in there when I moved out. I have a serious bone to pick with this property management. Ever since management has changed, things severely went downhill. Pest control doesn't show up unless you call for a roach complaint. They claim that they come every Monday, but I have yet to see them there unless I contact from all the roaches. I've had serious leaks that left mold in my cabinets due to them putting off repairing the roof. The cabinet is still not replaced. After having a c section, my apartment got flooded with septic three days after, including my neighbors. My neighbor had been dealing with it since 3am with nobody bothering to show up until my Dad called and demanded someone come out. They werent even going to clean my septic soaked rugs until my Dad demanded it. He even made sure they helped my poor neighbo

This property management company just recently took over my apartment complex and already having issues. I wasn't notified of the change until December 22 but they're saying I owe rent from last month when in fact I paid it when the prior property management company had it.

I have attempted to get in contact with someone in corporate for nearly 2 months. The apartment office refused to provide contact info for anyone at corporate. Despite that, I have sent multiple emails to their "contact us" E-Mail address and called and left messages and still NOTHING. If you are having issues, they WILL NOT RESPOND.

This property management company is a disaster. I lived there for a few years and each year got worse than the one before. They keep your deposit and then claim you owe them money after fulfilling your lease. They ignore all phone calls for maintenance issues and won't at minimum, give a call back. They are not professional and truly don't care about the residents who spend thier hard earned money to live there and just want to provide for thier families.
