Elmsleigh Apartments

Michael is the best property manager that I have ever had. If you have an issue, it will be resolved in less than 24 hours. That is rare for an apartment complex. Maintenance man, CJ, is also very sweet and kind.

I’ve been living here since May of 2024. I really like the community as all my neighbors are very friendly. I only give it 4 stars because the parking situation could be better as there is no room. In general I have had no issues. Rent is very affordable, and maintenance is always very responsive. I have really enjoyed my time here so far.

I have been a resident here for a number of years and in the beginning it wasn't good because of constant management changes and lack of upkeep. For the past 2 years it has changed for the better. Mr. Mike is wonderful and always friendly; always there, answers the phone and even returns calls. CJ (maintenance) has been awesome. He definitely knows how to fix everything! Most of all, I can tell they are doing everything possible to maintain the upkeep of the property. It's the parking situation that is the downside; however, I really enjoy living here.

I moved into an affordable apartment in the desirable Royal Oak area, just a brisk walk from downtown. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues is incredibly convenient. The community is quaint and situated next to the Red Run Golf Club, providing a serene environment. A highlight is the spectacular view of the fireworks display hosted by the golf course around the Fourth of July. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed immediately by the attentive management. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

My son and I really like it here. Close to everything and the townhomes are really nice, especially for the price. Spacious, safe, well maintained and the complex is very quiet which is helpful because I work from home most days. Michael the manager and his team have been very quick to respond and take care of any problems that have come up regarding maintenance issues. I highly recommend Elmsleigh.
