Elm Terrace is the best affordable housing. It is owned by Community Housing of Maine, and managed by Preservation Management. Property maintenance is wonderful, and apartment are frequently inspected for working order. Full time maintenance staff, along with added cleaning staff. For 38 apartment they have 4 washers and dryers. They are connected to internet, where status can be displayed on line, and notice given shen cycles complete
Very friendly and kind experienced an extremely welcoming.
