My sister and her kids live there (toddlers) and the Property manger expects the toddlers to be quiet during the day. He thinks toddlers should not be seen or heard. And this place thinks it’s a luxury apartments but doesn’t offer any amenities. These places are good for the old cocky people or people without children and every years the rent raises drastically. The retaining pond has no fence so it’s a drowning risk for children.

Roger the manager is very RUDE!! If you have a question he never knows the answer and never gets back to you. One of my neighbors made a complaint about a delivery driver that came to my house. He called my phone and left me a very disrespectful voicemail. I wish I could attach it I most definitely would. Another time my husbands car wouldn't start so his friend which happened to be a black male came to help jump the car. Roger came over and said what’s going on with all the traffic over here. What? Seriously it was only one guy!!I He was the reason we left if it wasn’t something with our dogs it was something else. I have never experienced such rudeness and from a property manger!! 😭
