If you are looking for a nice little hideaway retreat, look no further. Timber Canyon is a perfect little place to call home. The location is close to shopping, dining, parks and entertainment. It is a friendly little neighborhood to live in. If you are not used to apartment living, it can be an adjustment, but keep an open mind. Life is an adventure! If you are used to apartment living, you will feel right at home. The apartment complex was built in 1982 so you are going to get that 80’s style feel with some new renovations and upgrades. Plenty of space. The ladies in the office are amazing! Enny and Stephanie have been so sweet! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine. Very Unpleasant Time. LEASE ISSUE. Failed on sending me the lease, when I asked SEVERAL times for it. always got the Regular Answer, working on it, sending now. and never got anything!! Got FINED due to having to stay a month longer. Plus a additional to month. Plus charge the following: Extra Day of the first month rent $, including utilities when keys where Return a DAY PRIOR. (I still tried to avoid issues after this.) and proceed to pay. MOVING IN..... I was not even able to access my apartment until the 3rd- 4th day of Lease. Keys where given on Feb 1st but due to the unacceptable unlivable conditions I was UNABLE to stay in my own NEW apartment. a lot of things where NEVER FIXED or "fixed but broken every week". Always sent Work Orders and was ignored or told it couldn’t be fix. Bu

I moved in January 2025. It has been horrible. The fire department did not want barbecue pits on the porch. The first day I had was on the porch after cleaning to sell it with the initial intention it was stolen. They do not have a theft policy on this property They have Lil to no control over harassment on this property. There is a big language barrier on this property, so you do not speak Spanish please stay at home within the front office. They are buying, but please be aware there’s been a little to no security or enforced me of rules on this property by upstairs. Neighborhood is a old grumpy white lady who they’ve done there in minimal things in regards to her, leaving feces and piss from her dog that she would be just to walk The children in the apartment complex constantly without C

It would have been better without the infestation of bedbugs. The area is the best, walking distance from stores, restaurants and elementary, middle school and high school. Klein isd is the best. I was extremely happy with the complex and the apartments are well equipped and comfortable. However my paying over 100.00 for pest control/bedbugs (on top of the monthly 9.00 for pc) and still infested for too long a time is unforgivable. They didn't even offer a clean apartment. One family in another apartment had to pay 500.00 to move to a clean one without bedbugs. I'm a senior with a fixed income and it was impossible for me. However, I still miss the neighborhood and being that close to my daughter's house and the grandkid's schools. I would still recommend it,but be aware to inspect it fir

I been living here for 4 months now and this is absolutely the worst managed apartments I have ever lived in. Only move here if you have no where else to go. Oh and we had a sewage back up for about a month they half fixed it it’s still a leak in the back apartments. Also water bills are insane $100 a month
