Elliot Gwinnett Place Apartments

Dania was so sweet and patient. I really enjoyed my tour with her today. I absolutely love the apartment. It seems to be very quiet there and the amenities are everything I could have asked for. The community is beautiful very well maintained. I absolutely love how the office have lots of things to do for the community , the gym , the pool, the park, they also have a community room where you can play pool, do homework, etc. I really hope we are able to call this community home very soon. This lad made DeShay it was like we was put together! And I know when I walked through the door this was going to be my home. And it is. I walked in she asked how can she help me. I said I need someplace to live and she gave me someplace to live! I love this lady and I don’t even know her. The apartment is just one word GORGEOUS!!!

Under new management and everything is going downhill in the worst way . No one ever answers the phones or emails, apartments have roaches, they randomly attempted to raise my rent by adding a made up fee with no invoice , and on-top of that they are not allowing for lease renewals for no valid reason . So I was given a notice of non renewal TWO months out completely unprofessional with no explanation after paying my rent on time every single month and having zero issues as a tenant. When I went to pick up my key for the new mailboxes the woman gave me someone else’s key / mailbox without even confirming my identity. Beware of new management they seem like a bunch of scammers . Update 7/15 Paperwork still not ready I was supposed to be moving in today keys were not ready neither was the a

Alex is very rude and a compulsive liar DO NOT MOVE HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They’ll promise you a renovated unit and try to force you into a classic unit . I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND A FISH TO BE HERE ON THIS PROPERTY !!!!

We just recently moved into Elliot Gwinnet Place, and the experience has been amazing! The place is clean, peaceful, and really feels like home. Special thanks to Deshay, who went above and beyond to help us through the process. She was so patient, professional, and genuinely caring, making our move so much smoother. Truly grateful for her assistance and hospitality. Highly recommend this community!
