Ellington Woods Apartments

I would give this complex a zero. I did not have a good experience living here. Some people who live here are very careless and would have cars blast music 3-4 AM on a weekday, throw trash anywhere. Management could care less to mess up your life by not advising how terrible conditions these apartments are. Just money is important for them. I would beg them to send the pest control and messages would get ignored. I terminated my contract early after providing much evidence since I moved in, how infested the unit was. Now I was charged for carpet and whole bunch of other bs charges. It’s how they make their money. Stay away from these scammers.

Ever since Destiny and Aida arrived, the customer service has been excellent. The property looks beautiful, and the attention to detail truly shows throughout the community. There have been positive changes that make a noticeable difference, and it’s clear that resident experience is a priority.

Destiny was a pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable on our tour and had great customer service!!

I've been living at this apartments for over 6 years, I've seen several management team come and go. This management is the best by far, their curteous, understanding and go above and beyond with maintenance and keeping the community clean. The office staff is kind and I'm always greeted with a smile...

My whole apartment flooded water coming from the lights and outlets. They didn’t replace the wall or ceiling only the carpet. Building would shake randomly from pipes or something bad . They would sell the apartments and say it’s new management every couple months would and would try to accommodate me and blame the last people I never was late on rent they cussed out my mother and I went up to the office they wanted to act all nice like they weren’t just cussing at her when my lease was over I left and they said I owe 5,000$ which makes no sense and is not correct at all I did not owe anything they are horrible and maintenance was horrible
