Elgin Manor Apartments

Ok, let me just say I have only had great experiences here in Elgin. I've been here for 3 yrs & never had an issue. Ashley the property manager is the sweetest & she truly listens to everything you have to say. She gets the job done. Great addition to our family. As for Chad our maintenance guy he goes over and beyond to help tenants with their needs. If you're thinking about moving here you're going to be very pleased. Thank you guys for always making me feel special 💖

I love love the new management! Ashley is a doll & has helped me greatly..and Chad too is the best maintenance man I've ever experienced! At my apt as soon as 10 min. Even on his day offs, he never complains...thanks you guys

Just want to say I enjoy the new management . Ashley is great and seems very kind / determined to keep things peaceful and going well . I also enjoy not being scared to call the main phone and worry if somebody’s going to chew my head off for even calling . And I’m sure everyone here else agrees when I say maintenance is great as well , chad is always thorough and quick . Always does a good job and comes with a good laugh everytime .

I've been in Elgin Manor twice. My first experience was the definition of a horror story. I have been here for the last three years and the changes are astronomical. Management is far more superior now that Ashley works in the office and Chad took over maintenance. I highly encourage previous tenants to give Elgin Manor a second chance.

I love the office person (don’t want to post her name) she is so perfect with children! Chad is helpful (maintenance) they have been working on trying to get the flow of the everything they have been super busy
