Eleven8 Apartments

This place was great when I moved in, but they switched management companies, which is terrible! The place is dirty and trash everywhere as you can see. There is poop everywhere, no poop bags, or trash bags to throw it away. They kicked someone out the other day and he’s been living in the mail room. The management say they’re always in the office. He’s been in there for three days, living and tearing apart some of the place. I miss the old management company. They were cleaning every day and took care of the place and cared very much. Also had a Maintenance man on property every day and he was amazing. I used to love this place. It’s sad how fast it’s going down. Now it looks like another place on Colfax. Awful outside and regularly walking around trash. Also they make you pay for parki

Fantastic apartment complex. Fully renovated and great location. The staff and management team are so helpful and easy to work with.

It’s a pretty nice place I like how it’s luxurious in here, no bugs no roaches it’s a good move in for sure, my only complaint is that people’s mail isn’t safe fr, be careful about mail, my package don got ripped up, I think there should be security cameras on each floor that’s my only suggestion or maybe a 24 hour parcel locker service

Mayra has been extremely helpful, we came in for a tour and she got us applied and approved for our apartment on the same day and made the process as least stressful as possible ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
