Elevate At Jackson Creek Apartments

I just moved in at the end of August so it hasn’t been too long but so far up until now I’ve had a very good experience! The application process was quick and easy. Moving in was no hassle as well. I worked with Jose and he got me in and out the office with my keys pretty quick! (Thank you 🙂). My stove wasn’t working upon moving in but was fixed by maintenance very fast and efficiently! I am loving the apartment so far. There are playgrounds and a soccer field. You are right by plenty of gas station (walking distance) and a few restaurants as well. There was a miscommunication with my account with a payment and I was able to speak to Karla who forwarded my issue to Melissa so I appreciate the responses on their behalf. The elevate appears to be a nice quiet quaint complex that i feel i would be comfortable living in. Jose (leasing agent/staff) was awesome! He does a great job welcoming you to Elevate. Thank you for your time and the efforts you put into your job to help people like me with finding me a new home to move into!

I want to recognize Jose for his amazing customer service. He made the process of me getting an apartment quick and easy. He was very helpful, understanding, and stayed on top of communication the entire time. Jose kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made everything stress-free. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him.

- I am embarrassed to invite any visitors to my home bc they will see this ugly sight - The quality of these apartments has declined a lot over the last year -They fine you for presentation of your balcony and ticket cars monthly but the trash looks like this - Always trash bags, litter and broken glass everywhere, even in playground - Trash bill fluctuates monthly but the trash but this is what you can expect - Not the cleanest area not even for a pet - Careless/ unhelpful staff, don't bother

I've been here for three weeks, and I’m very happy with my choice. The application process was smooth. I got my keys just a week after visiting. The community is fantastic, with clean parks, well-maintained streets, and nature all around. Everything you need, from gas stations to markets, is close by. A special thanks to the staff, especially Jose Chacon, for making my move easy and welcoming.
