I love the location, so many great places to walk to. The community is quiet and respectful, everyone I run into is so friendly. Our maintenance team, Brad and Brandon are extremely responsive and helpful. I love getting updates from our property manager, Emily!

I’ve been staying here since March 2024 . One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was hesitant at first because I’ve been renting an outdated duplex (upper )for the last 7 years and I got tired of the aesthetics .I needed something Fresh ,Vibrant & Peaceful,and I found it .!! It’s so Peaceful !! The best sleep and relaxing experience ever.This Vibe is most definitely for you if you want a Luxury Lifestyle!. You Rarely run into your neighbors,But when you do it’s definitely a joy. This experience is one of the best that I’ve had in a long time and I definitely knew since the tour with Justin it was going to be my New Home . I love it and really wouldn’t change a thing !

Toured with Danny today, super helpful and informative. I was impressed by the place and originally just threw Element into the mix of places I'm half considering but after seeing it I'm definetely interested in going ahead on a good unit👍Will keep my eye on the availability

The apartment's facilities are modern and equipped with the best technology, customer service is excellent and their responses are fast and accurate, Emily and Daniel are very attentive, kind and always there to help you. The energy in this place makes you feel at home.

Called today to check on available rooms and a tour but was answered by a guy telling to go look at the website instead. Thankfully, I did look at the website as he seemed for myself to hang up and research more about the availability of the rooms. We proceeded to talk about the availability of 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom rooms but then was told to go look at the website for myself. I replied back that the rooms do not show prices and see if he could tell more information about the prices. He replied that they have different style of rooms which I understand but ended at that and told myself to just go look at the website and put my move in dates. I have already done that before I called, and it did not show the prices which is the reason why I called. The guy on the phone has poor customer serv
