I also agree, the maintenance team here are outstanding! Art and John are the best; very understanding and timely. Also, friendly and nice to talk to. Would also like to give a shout out to Bianca, Senior Community Manager who listened and worked with me in my time of need with unexpected medical issues with my daughter. I am a senior and Bianca assisted me with the lease renewal process, something my daughter took care of. She was understanding during a difficult time. ❤️ Thank you all.

The Elan experience has been very positive. My family and I have been here for a year, and we just renewed our lease in a new unit. The leasing team has been very helpful in making the transition smooth and offering help whenever needed. Thank you to the leasing team: Bianca, Lacey, Des and maintenance team: Art and John.

Sadly, it has become the day to write my final review! Sad because this place has been nothing short of amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed my experienced at Elan due to their AMAZING maintenance - Art & John! Aside from the amenities, I really loved the experience of having all my service requests met quickly. Out of all the complexes I’ve lived at, the maintenance team here is literally the BEST and top reason why I kept renewing for so long!They are always on top of any issues and always come in with a smile to do it as well. We will definitely miss them, but I’m happy to know if any friends/family are looking to relocate I’ll have the perfect recommendation. I just moved in this month. I absolutely love it here! The leasing team from Laci, to Desiree to Angelina are so sweet yet professional. Thank you to the whole team for making my dream home come true 🙌☺️

My family and I have been living here for over 6 months and so far, we have had positive experiences with the leasing team, more specifically Desiree. Even before we were tenants, Desiree was very attentive to all our questions and concerns. She made the application/move in process super easy and quick. I believe she is a great asset to the team and is always quick to respond to emails and be as helpful as possible. Thank you for all the help and we appreciate having leasing agents like Desiree to help us out.
