Elan by Conner Homes

Recently we moved to Elan from Conner homes in Kent . We had a great experience working with Elan team. Libby was very friendly and helped with all the doubts we had , as a first home buyer . Elan offered different floor plans with many upgrade options. We were 100% sure that we had all the information before making the big decision. The hand over was smooth and within schedule . We are very impressed with the professionalism and the quality with which the house was handed over.

We recently bought our house at Elan and can easily say that we have been solidly impressed by the Conner crew. We had seen their Latham project last year while we were visiting friends in the area and really liked the quality so Elan was something on our radar when it came up. The location itself is perfect for our requirements. It’s pretty much on the edge of Kent and Covington so it’s kind of the best of both worlds. We also wanted something that was a relatively smaller community as we really hoped to have some close knit community vibes with bunch of lil' friends for our toddler and the neighbors so far have been really nice. Having an exceptional school was key as well as proximity to the Sounder station for office commutes into Seattle. Elan gives us the convenience of being quiet a

Absolutely in love with the neighborhood. It's a quiet, peaceful location with quite a bit of walkability to local businesses. The Conner Homes team has all been wonderful during the move in process.
