Great! Pretty much every step of the process was stress free. The hardest part was waiting for a unit to become available in my preferred location! It took about 3 months of consistently calling, and hoping for something to open up. Once something became available, I was promptly given a phone call from Ben, the property manager. Who has been an absolute pleasure dealing with. The carpet was completely redone before I moved in, and it took the crew a bit longer than expected. Ben was very transparent from start to finish. It has helped me in more ways than one can imagine. As a single father, struggling to find a decent place within a reasonable price, is hard in the Sarasota area. One Stop Housing has made it much easier than I expected. For that, I am forever grateful

This property looks very nice and well kept. It affordable and minutes from Downtown. Management is always available.
