El Dorado Place

My wife and I lived her until recently. The good: The apartments have interesting layouts. They seem well insulated both for temperature and sound. And the location is pretty good. The bad: Management turnover onsite is high. I had a vehicle broken into and a motorcycle vandalized. The security staff that came to lock the pool were rude to the point of feeling threatening. The final statement charged for cleaning items that my wife and I absolutely cleaned, just to add up to the exact amount of the deposit. The deposit wasn't much, but don't expect to get any of it back. By the time we left, they had raised rent to the point where we could get a better apartment with more amenities for the same money.

Great place to live, apartments include washer & dryer which is awesome, place always looking nice and clean since they provide proper maintenance and lots of mayor and popular stores near by

I recently moved into a really nice apartment here and my experience was great! Alan the office manager was very helpful and made my move smooth and easy. The complex is well kept and nice and quiet. If you’re looking to move I highly recommend this place.

Yes these apartments are cute aesthetically, but there are honestly cuter/cheaper apartments that probably handle things much better. I’ve been here 3 almost 4 yrs, I’ve been in 3 different units. The only time I’ve ever felt like management genuinely cared was with Tory but her time as manager was short lived. Water randomly shuts off, I dont complain. Neighbors fighting and screaming, slamming doors, I don’t complain. Neighbors invite a million guests, I dont complain. No one picks up the feces after their pet, I dont complain. Homeless dumpster diving, I don’t complain. When I had to call a carpet cleaning company and pay on my own upon moving in because they gave us filthy reused carpets with massive stains, I did not complain. Alan was helpful and welcoming on the tour of a one bedroom unit. I like the idea that it isn’t too large of a complex. Great location by Trader Joe’s.
