EKOS at the Preserve

It's good around here but my upstairs neighbors make so much noise smoke and throw trash. We have told the office but they say they can do anything. They bearly let me sleep. The only good thing is the park and sometimes the pool. And the system of login in cars only let's you log in 1 or 2 cars.

Great place! My daughter moved to this property a few months ago. The property is always clean, quiet with friendly, helpful office staff. The only improvement won’t be if they could make the property gated. Aside from that, I feel at ease that she’s in a safe environment.

Rodrick was amazing! He took the time to go over paperwork with us, explained our options and kept us updated from the moment we applied to the moment we moved in. His customer service was great especially considering how busy their office was the last month. Rodrick was patient, respectful and so knowledgeable. Definitely enjoyed signing for our first apartment with him. Thank you again!! May you always stay blessed.

Update : 01/2024 It’s very hard to get manteinance requests completed , you have to be on top Of them for something to be fixed I love my apartment but there is package theft already happening in the property, when we reached out management he said there’s nothing they can’t do about it . They need to screen better the type of people they’re renting to so they don’t turn this into a hood unsafe property . Also there are things that need to be addressed, people letting dogs out without a leash, kids painting the walls with chalk. New manager is unfriendly and acts annoyed whenever you reach out to the office to solve any problem.

Anitra has been a blessing to me and my family. She has a gentle and a quiet spirit. Very helpful and when she does things, she does it with all of her heart. May she continue to be blessed in all that she does 🙏 Tanya is also so sweet and she has a heart for people. They need to keep good staff like that around. Katrina is a sweet lady to, may you all be blessed and remember, God hasn't forgotten about you all. He loves you and he is for each of you. ❤️
