I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Edmond Premiere Real Estate Services and Jenifer Bowen has been an absolute nightmare. I was forced to vacate my apartment on August 12, 2025 due to dangerous, uninhabitable Aspergillis mold conditions that made it medically impossible to stay in the unit. Despite this, the company failed to provide the professional mold testing report they claimed to have and has ignored multiple requests for documentation. Not only did I suffer an almost total loss of my personal belongings due to mold contamination, but my renters insurance denied my claim—because the insurance Edmond Premiere required me to switch to when I renewed my lease did NOT cover my personal property, only the landlord’s.
