Edmond at Twenty500

I have lived here for a year now and I must say I love this place. Anytime I have had an issue, the maintenance team and front desk do everything they can help resolve it in a timely manner, while being easy to communicate with. I love knowing I can walk my dog and wave at each of them and get the friendliest smiles and waves back. The grounds are lovely and really close to multiple walking trails. My neighbors are always sitting on their patios and just having a great time. Overall I just have loved calling this my home and I plan to be here until I am able to get a down payment for a house of my own.

UPDATE: Since this review was originally posted, my issues were quickly resolved. The complex itself is lovely, the apartments are spacious, and neighbors are quiet. Considering I rented this unit and moved in without ever having set foot in Oklahoma, I hit the jackpot. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I moved from California to Edmond at Twenty500 on January 1, 2023. I rented the apartment sight unseen based on information from the website and a few phone calls with the office. I signed a one-year lease with the expectation that, if the apartment did not meet my needs, I could move in a year. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I’ve been living at this apartment for one and half year and it has been an wonderful experience. The management team is incredibly responsive and attentive to any concerns or maintenance, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Also it has a huge playground so kids could have access to it for all the time they want. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live at Twenty500.

I absolutely have seen the changes here within the last 2 years and seeing the changes in management. The new management has done so much for me to make sure all of my requests are met to the fullest and most efficient way possible. Rose and Helen themselves even recently made changes to the fluctuations in rent every month and made it to where it would be an even number. And the plants in front look way better than the people who set them up before, the pool has been taken care of. Trash is constantly being taken out- I even had the same management at central plaza location and rose also had a bunch of efficient changes up there as well. Save yourself the time and money these apartments are terrible When I first moved in it was clear that management forgot we were moving in because the apartment was not cleaned at all. The carpet was disgusting and leave a sticky residue on the bottom of your feet. There was mold underneath every sink and the dishwasher was broken and had stagnant brown water at the bottom of it. Even the walls were where filthy and had stains all over them. There was hair from the previous tenant still in my bathroom. Not only that they forgot to send me the email to set up my electric and then tried charging me because they didn't send me the email. I had to pay for the wifi router that was already supposed to be in the apartment when we moved in. And I know they're going to try to charge me out the waz
