Seems you can’t look at a home before filling out an application first . First time i have ran into this issue in the 15 years i’ve been renting . Not sure about anyone else but giving all your personal info before walking through the front door doesn’t sit right with me .

Great real estate company!!! They were able to steer me in the correct direction to buy a second home, rented out my first home and vetted the renters. Never had a problem correcting anything with either of my properties using Edita realty for a management company. They have been a blessing and the office manager is an incredible asset!!! Thank you Edita Realty for making my rental property an EASY investment... my renters and me are extremely happy.

Horrible company. Don't expect anything to ever be fixed. Lived in an apartment for over 6 weeks with no a/c and 2 leaks in the roof. Kept being told they had someone out, or he patched a spot here or a spot there. As for the a/c unit, it was a window unit, took just under 6 weeks to get it put in..IN JULY/AUGUST. Was told we had to wait for owner approval. I had mold growing in my kitchen cabinets, and it being the rainy season had a puddle on my counter and floor almost every day. Finally after almost 2 months I sent a letter to Edita, who then supposedly sent it to the owner. Letting them know that if something wasnt done we would be moving out. A/C unit was finally put it, but it was too small to actually cool the apartment. It ran 24/7 and could barely get it to 78, which then made my
