Edgewood Heights Condo Associates

Property is old and in need of repairs/updates. Took 50 days to get security deposit back and they took out $125 for carpet cleaning fee. It is NH state law to return security deposit within 30 days including deductions. Unfortunately, small claims court fee is also $125 so not worth the hassle.

I rented Edgewood Heights, with Monika Arrington with Expert Property Management. There isn’t enough space to tell you just what kind of property manager she is. I get all my needs met quickly when it comes to repairs. She is friendly and professional. I have rented from her for ten years now and she has always come through for me with excellent customer service. I’ve rented with others previously and I can only tell ya that nothing compares to Monika’s approach to property management l am truly impressed.

Buildings are kept clean & property well maintained. Security entrances. On site laundry rooms, ample parking & pool, tennis & basketball courts. Snow plowing & trash removal. Individual mailboxes assigned. Great location & area businesses in close proximity. Thank you. D. Prescott

When you return calls keep your appointment instead of standing the person up after you called me back to set up a viewing..... You could be a bit more curtious & professional when you conduct your business Bob & Judith you both wasted my time
