Edge at Farmington Hills

I really like The Edge Apartments so much that I moved back here! For the rental costs charged these days, no other complex offers the square footage like the Edge. The staff Trina and Ryan are friendly and immediately take care of your needs. I love Ryan’s energy & personality💯. With maintenance, Terrell Newson is the Best!! He responded to my request immediately. Terrell was very friendly, was eager to make repairs, and he did so quickly. I am a very satisfied resident here at the Edge of Farmington Hills and highly recommend this apartment complex.

We loved the unit but it just wasn't large enough ..Trina is definitely a great hostess and tour person..she can charm you and she tries to focus on your particular needs but unfortunately we needed a first floor unit with a little bit more space or a extra bedroom..a 3 bedroom would have been just as nice..but none were available on the first floor not even a classic unit.. Thank you Trina...for your gracious hospitality. Rita and Oman

Terrell did an outstanding job with my maintenance request. He arrived quickly, was professional and friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained what the issue was, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief to have someone so reliable taking care of things. Move in was easy and the units are very large with plenty of space for storage. The staff was great through the whole process of moving in making it easy for moving across states.
