DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING IN HERE!!!!! There is a reason why it's the cheapest complex around. I will start off smaller... PARKING - people make their own parking spots. People without parking sticker parking illegally EVERY DAY / NIGHT. SHOPPING CARTS & TRASH - The amount of shopping carts around this complex should be embarrassing. People leave the carts and nobody removes them or does anything about them. LAUDRY ROOM - you better hope your laundry doesnt get stolen! :) room is never locked. Ever. FRONT DESK - they sit in the office with the curtain closed and pretend like they're busy. You cant get connected to anyone on the phone. Never. Good luck if you have any issues. MAILROOM - the audacity to put a note on the wall that reads "do not leave packages on the floor or you will

This has been a disaster. The tenant discovered water leaking directly above her bed. She has lived in this property for more than 10 years, and this is how they show appreciation to a loyal tenant. Not only did management fail to show any sympathy or urgency, but they also blocked her access to the resident portal. No information or support was provided, and she was left with no safe place to stay — ultimately having to sleep in her car. This level of neglect, lack of communication, and disregard for long-term residents is completely unacceptable.

If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I absolutely would. I lived in a 1 bedroom here from early 2024 until the end of 2025, and the experience went downhill fast. When you’re applying, the staff are extremely nice, helpful, and communicative. The second you become a resident, it’s like they disappear. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, even in urgent situations. You can be dealing with a genuine emergency, and they’ll still make you “schedule an appointment” through their terrible app system. The leasing office doors are always locked, and the staff constantly act like they’re in meetings just to avoid helping residents. When I submitted notice to move out, they immediately listed my apartment on the market for two months before my actual move out date. Completely unprofes

I’m mostly satisfied with my experience here. However, there have been some very negative experiences too. The staff is mostly friendly. The maintenance crew members are polite and attentive. There’s no adequate security on site. Parking within yhe premises is challenging at best. The scene in the community center, poolside and evenings in the gym are abysmal! Many annoying and destructive kids running wild without adult supervision. I personally have witnessed these kids behavior, destroying gym equipment, insulting and interfering with adults and engaging in inappropriate behavior that’s also dangerous to themselves! Moreso, the administration staff here seems to be unable to deal with this issue in a comprehensive way!!! They’ll here you out, take notes and nothing is resolved.

Everyone here is very nice! The team keeps it really clean here. Kay stopped by last week to give me a cake and helped me. I feel safe here because the gate is alway closed! The staff is very nice any time I go to the office they give their full attention Thank you have a nice day
