Super expensive, terrible roads, services, extra fees. Maintenance people are super nice, but accounting and management are the worst. Fake overcharges without any explanation, racism, discrimination and terrible costumer services. Pests, coyotes and totally unsafe complex without camaras or any security system. Stay away. Check reviews online for any #Avalon community
From bad to worse. Think few times before rent here. Overcharges, construction 24/7 for years, increments in rent and fees without control, racism, discrimination etc. Check AVALON in you tube and confirm.
