We are thrilled with our new Burke design home and appreciate the quality of the build. As we've settled in, we have identified a few areas where small changes could significantly enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal for future buyers. We hope this feedback is helpful for your design team. Guest & Master Bathroom upstairs. Guest Bathroom, the current single-sink vanity has open space underneath the countertop. Change to a double-sink vanity with cabinet storage underneath. This will maximize counter space and provide much-needed storage, which is a key priority for many buyers in a guest or secondary bath. Master Bathroom, there is a lack of accessible electrical outlets in the toilet area (I call the dungeon) for practical use such as to charge phones. Hardware and Fixture Fi

I had the pleasure of being invited to Eastwood Homes Grand Opening for there Build on your lot Program, now offered in Greenville County and the surounding areas. Joel Deweese the New Home Specilest is very knowledgeable and have a lot of good resources for buyers to help with the process of biulding a new home. He is a great asset for this location. The Showroom is beautiful with a lot of great option for customizing your new home to choose from. I highly recomemed stoping by for a vist.

Lovely 4 bedroom house with 3.5 baths. Then we moved in. House is crooked everywhere, poorly insulated, the a/c and furnace weren’t rated for a 2600 sqft home. The windows weren’t installed properly, they’re cheap as heck too. Had the misfortune of purchasing an Eastwood home 12/23. Sold it fifteen months later. Just glad it’s someone else’s burden.

I built a home with eastwood back in 2019 and I have had 6 floods in my home from poor plumming the first 2 happened the first year they fixed and now pipes are coming apart inside walls and causing major flooding in my home the worst company ever to build a house with never came back to fix issues that were suppose to be fixed and now I keep ha ing to have my home renovated because of poor plumming I will never recommend them to anyone
