*BUYER BEWARE* This company will do anything to make a few extra bucks - they will try to break your contract in a heartbeat if they see an opportunity to take advantage of you - my firm has seen it multiple times with Eastwood in the past couple of years. Horribly unprofessional, unethical and I wouldn’t refer my least favorite clients to do business with them.
Eastwood has sold homes in this neighborhood under false pretenses. I do recommend that potential buyers do their research and are clear about the amenities and details regarding their purchase.
One of the most beautiful and unique communities I've seen in the area. Has a large and beautiful pool and beautiful landscaping throughout.
Cheap built homes with little or no yard really, to many one way streets..the people framing homes are illegal and don't speak good English, no ID and the wood cuts in the framing of the house look like it was done with chain saw
The houses are nice. Pricing is a little too high for this type of home.
