Ascent at Grande Place

I recently toured this apartment complex and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuine, and it honestly made all the difference. William took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The tour itself was well-organized and informative. The team highlighted all the amenities and features in a way that made it easy to picture living there. It’s clear they take pride in both the property and the resident experience. Overall, a fantastic first impression.

I am having a great experience at this apartment since my family and I moved into this community. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance tech is top notch on work orders . Kudos One thing I am seeing the staff is implementing is resident event.That' very dope and can't wait for the event of Feb 19th. Shout out to Williams We are excited to be part of the community.

Maintenance is fantastic, if you are looking for employment here I would be hesitant to apply. Informants consistently are around to better themselves rather than the company. Community is good, but management is slack. Jasmine is such a help but that’s about it. Please be cautious of interacting in any aspect of the relationship you decide to have with DLH because they are for themselves first and foremost rather than the community they are supposed to serve. Maintenance is the only thing that strives to better themselves residents.

Couldn't recommend it more. I've lived here with my sister for one year and just renewed our lease for another year, the pool & gym are great and we love our two bedroom apartment. We've had no serious issues living here, and even minor ones are fixed the day you call. Parking is almost always open and our neighbors are kind. Thank you to the leasing office for being understanding and considerate of their tenants! love it here:)

We have had 2 instances of packages being taken from our front door and management is unable to assist other than advising us to file a police report. One incident on Feb. 12th and today Feb. 17th. Seems as they do not care as if a camera is in front of them when coming to our door, police reports will be filed as this has never happened in my year and 1/2 of living here.
