Hawthorne Palmetto

I am enjoying my stay here. This is such a great community with friendly neighbors. It’s always clean and well groomed. The amenities are top tier and all staff are wonderful. Kaitlyn was very welcoming when l came. Most importantly, there are no pests. If l don’t renew my lease, it is only because l have to move away with my job. This is a great home away from home.

I’ve lived at Hawthorne Palmetto for the past two years and it has been nothing but great! From the maintenance team to the front office, the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful but also, empathetic. They host different events/activities throughout the month which are pretty fun. The apartments are cozy and although, you’re right by the highway, it’s not too much, surprisingly. I genuinely love living here!

My wife and I, have been living at Hawthorne Palmetto for more than two years. Mrs. Reagan, Community Mgr. and all her staff have always been wonderful and accommodating for all our needs. Apartments are spacious, modern, community areas are kept clean with nice landscaping. Many events and activities are held monthly for the entertainment of tenants. We highly recommend "Hawthorne Palmetto"! It is a great and safe place to live!

My Fiancé and I moved here in May, and we absolutely love it! Kaitlyn gave us our tour before we moved in, and she was so sweet! The office and maintenance staff are very attentive, the dog parks are such a fun time for our sweet dog, the property itself is very well kept, and the gym here is great for a quick workout! The office staff hosts resident events throughout each month, and the pool is great during the summer! It’s a quiet complex, even being next to the highway you really don’t notice any noise from traffic! Overall, Hawthorne Palmetto has been great and we definitely recommend touring/living here! 😊

I've lived here for 2 years now and can say it is absolutely a great place to live! The office staff are wonderful and very helpful, the guys in maintenance are superstars and always there with a friendly smile when you need them. Amenities are great as well as the outdoor spaces and although I don't have a dog (meow), I see lots of people enjoying the dog park with their pets. Landscaping is done regularly and in fact a fresh layer of mulch just went down this week :) Highly recommended come check it out!
