Awesome location and pretty good amenities when they are available. Problem is the ownership and management is absolutely atrocious. Elevators sometimes work. Packages are constantly stolen from the mail room and lobby. Parking garage and stairwells are absolutely filthy. And that matters because you use them a lot since the elevators only operate occasionally. Things like gas grills for residence to use and usable umbrellas and furniture at the pool no longer exist. Same for the carts & luggage trolleys, they used to exist. And when you ask management, when any of these things will be replaced or repaired, all you get is “yeah we’re working on it” with a good side of attitude.When the elevators do work look out for the sharp broken handles that are not attached properly within the elevato

Absolutely love this place! The property manager Tinesha is great!! She is always welcoming anytime I ever call the office with a question. For the few months I have lived here it's been great vibes from everyone. I love my apartment and so does anyone that comes to visit. I get so many compliments on the overall apartment and complex area. I recommend this place to everyone. Great place to live. This will be my home for a long time.

To clarify, I am experiencing an incessant noise emanating from the wall that has been denied repair. Despite having hired Horn plumbing and heating to inspect the problem, they have identified the issue but have refused to provide a solution. The bathtub is in urgent need of replacement, as it is structurally unsound and poses a significant safety risk. Regarding the options they have presented, they have offered me the possibility of relocating to a different unit upon its availability. If I could give 0 stars I would. Take your money and live somewhere else. Every month there was a problem with this place. And it seems like the new management loves to go on google reviews and comment on all the complaints. Since the moment we moved in it’s been one thing after another. Moving in/out they do not hold the elevator for you. The carts are usually in everyone’s apartment or all at one building. The elevator’s are slow and don’t work half the time. If it’s down we don’t get a heads up or even a sign by the elevator. This building has a lot of elderly couples that live here. They are expected to take the stairs. My neighbor couldn’t even bring their mother who is on a wheelchair back to their assisted living facility because the elevators were down for the weekend. They charge

But I want to forcefully complain about the state of security and elevator operation in Building A. Last night I arrived home at 7:30 to find the main elevator broken down again--the third time (?) this month. That's annoying in itself, but the larger problem is, I couldn't get up to my floor for the better part of an hour. You've installed a Butterfly digital entrance system on the elevator and main door, but it's. a half-assed retrofit: you've left the old fob system in place in the stairwells.
